Gone Mental

Daddy's girl

Dads are really important in a girl’s life. Your first true love is usually your father. Most girls adore their father. I’m definitely a Daddy's girl.

There are several opinions around women who were raised with their father in their lives versus those who weren't.

I’ve had men say… “oh, well you have a father in your life. She doesn't.” Like she wasn't worthy of good treatment. I’m truly amazed that some men actually feel this way.

You can also look at it from this perspective as well. Some men seek out Daddy's girls because they want to be your Daddy. They want to take that love you have for your father to control you. They also look for women who have Daddy issues, to mistreat them or degrade them. There are some twisted individuals out in the world, so just be mindful where you stand and figure out his end game.

I can definitely say based on friendships and relationships that doesn't mean a damn thing.

See, men are going to treat you the way they want to. I say on here all the time, they are never satisfied.

My dad was a great provider, funny, ambitious, protective, etc

So I subconsciously look for that. Now, all this can be attached to a great man, or a f*ck boy. We find out in 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, hell even a year what his true character is.

Don't feel unworthy or unloved because you haven't experienced that kind of love. Don't let any man tell you that.

I’ve dated some really good guys. I've also dated some narcissistic assholes as well.

Moral to this story is men treat you the way they want. It doesn't matter if you're a Daddy's girl or not.
